From each enemy. Plus health. And ammo. Add in a maxed Ransack skill and there is a 100 percent chance to get another item from each consecutive kill. Following are a few caps and a short clip of a Mordecai with seven points in Swipe (using a class mod), five in Ransack, and five in Bird of Prey.

This “feature” has already been patched in the 360 version and Gearbox promises it will be fixed in the next update for the PC. Boo.
