Fuel, by Codemasters, is an open world racer set in an alternate present where global warming has really screwed over the world.
My favorite racing game of all time was probably Test Drive Off-Road Wide Open for the PS2. Seeing the game play footage for Fuel brought back memories of that. I look forward to checking this game out.
